Are you concerned about bone loss, post menopause? Try our “Yoga for Bone Health” class with Lynn on Thursdays at 515 PM to help strengthen your bones through weight-bearing poses. Have difficulty reaching the floor? There are online Chair Yoga classes on Tuesdays at 12 noon with Nancy and Thursdays at 12 noon with Vicky, as well as a Chair Barre Basics class on Wednesdays at 515 PM. Looking for some inner peace and/or meditation? Our online “Relax and De-Stress with Guided Meditation” on Monday nights at 7 PM is a great choice. The yoga styles at Moonflower Yoga range include hatha yoga (great for an overall yoga practice), vinyasa flow, yin yoga, chair yoga (excellent for those who have difficulty coming up/down from the floor), restorative yoga, and barre. We currently offer 15 weekly online yoga and/or meditation classes which are perfect for new students, beginners, or those seeking a gentle practice which you can safely enjoy from the comfort of your living room.

There are NO membership fees, and there are NO annual contracts to sign at Moonflower Yoga. If you are wondering “where can I take a great yoga class in Bellmore, Merrick, Wantagh, East Meadow, or Seaford”, you have come to the right place with Moonflower Yoga! Moonflower Yoga is a locally-owned yoga studio in Bellmore, Long Island (Nassau County), offering an interesting variety of yoga classes to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Click on the "Products" tab for additional info about curbside pickup. Young Living essential oils including favorites Lavender & Stress Away are available for curbside pickup. We also have yoga blocks, yoga blankets for warmth and comfort & other yoga supplies to help you with your yoga practice.

If you are new to yoga or looking for a gentler class, there are beginner-level yoga or meditation classes available online 7 days a week. Do you feel more comfortable attending online classes instead of in-person classes or do you live geographically away from the studio? EVERY class on the Moonflower Yoga schedule is available for you to attend online via Zoom including the "hybrid" yoga classes.Please click on the “Descriptions” tab for important info about this limited reopening and which classes are hybrid classes under this program. Under "Yoga Your Way", a maximum of 4 fully-vaccinated individuals can attend one of the designated "hybrid" yoga classes in person while simultaneously others attend online. The Moonflower Yoga doors have a LIMITED reopening for in-person classes under our unique "Yoga Your Way!" program.
